Creetown F.C. are delighted to announce the signings of striker Kieran Kenny & goalkeeper Euan Telfer. Coach Ben Herries told Creetowfc.co.uk
” We are delighted to add to the squad with the difficult run of games we are currently on. Kieran has been training with the club for a few weeks now & has impressed the management team & also featured in our last couple of games against YM & Threave. It gives us another option up top and that can only be a good thing for the Club”
Meanwhile young goalkeeper Euan Telfer has agreed to put pen to paper after impressing the club at training. The 16 year old has been training with the club for a few months now with some impressive session with the goalkeeping coach. Ben also told us
” Euan is a young lad and a very good goalkeeper. He’s not long turned 16 & We have spoken to our goalkeeping coach & he feels it’s now time for Euan to be involved on a Saturday. Stevie will now design a development plan for Euan to help progress his game further. We are fortunate at Creetown to have a qualified GK coach as there aren’t to many in the area. Sometimes we have a group of keepers from various clubs up training with Stevie & the lads and they all seem to enjoy the dedicated GK training they get”
Welcome to the club lads
